Since founding MLE Inc. in 2002, company president Mike Loftus has overseen its expansion. Alongside his responsibilities with MLE, Mike Loftus maintains a strong interest in sports and is a major fan of the Chicago Cubs.

Recently, the Cubs made history, as they finally broke their 108-year losing streak. The final face-off with the Cleveland Indians was exciting and stressful for Cubs fans, who had all but given up hope in the fifth game of the series, when their team had a 3-1 record. Amazingly, the team came back and won the next three games to take the well-deserved title of World Champion.

The final, title-deciding game stretched on for 10 innings and finally resulted in an 8-7 victory for the Cubs. Before the historic 10th inning, the players also faced a rain delay, making the game one of the most dramatic, not just in the last few years, but in the history of American baseball.
